In the 1930s, Block Bilt represented the absolute gold standard for California archive vintage. This reproduction honors that history without compromise, respecting the original anatomy with a sharp, cropped waist and a subtle hourglass silhouette for the perfect period fit. The focus here is entirely on the material: an heavyweight "Victory Dark Seal" horsehide, featuring a thick, deeply grained texture built to develop an incredible patina with wear, finished throughout with contrasting light brown stitching.

On the front, the jacket features an asymmetrical Talon zipper closure, the iconic front D-Pocket lined with corduroy and integrated with a ring-pull zippered pocket, alongside classic handwarmer slots. The back is engineered for movement, featuring an action-back construction with a centre inverted pleat and a classic half-belt design with adjustable side rings. The body and sleeves are fully lined, complete with underarm ventilation grommets and period-correct buttoned cuffs.
